Redrow Release New Homes At Herne Bay Development

Redow are preparing to move into an on-site sales office at Herne Bay where the construction of new homes is continuing.

Construction of new homes in Herne Bay is continuing a pace and as work progresses Redrow is preparing to move into an on-site sales office.

Thus far, properties at The Fairways have been sold ‘off plan’ via Your Move estate agent’s in the Kent coastal town. But from this Saturday (January 28), buyers will be able to visit a Redrow sales centre in the area where the homes are being built.

It’s predicted that the move will provide a further boost to sales at the popular development.

Rachael Baillie, sales director for Redrow Homes (South East), explains: “Fuelled by demand we launched The Fairways via Your Move and have a positive response f rom buyers with nine sales and several more early bird reservations. It’s a great start considering we’re selling ‘off plan’ and that the first homes won’t be ready to move into until the summer.

“Now that building work has progressed we’re looking forward to opening a sales centre on site. This will give visitors the chance to look at floor plans of the homes available, talk to our friendly sales team about their requirements and appreciate all that the location has to offer.”

Current availability at The Fairways includes three and four-bedroom detached homes with prices from £354,995.

The properties are from Redrow’s sought-after Heritage Collection, which combines traditional Arts & Crafts influenced architecture with high specification interiors designed to meet the demands of modern living.

Show homes at The Fairways are under construction and scheduled to open in the coming months.

In the meantime, buyers can explore the different house types available via the Redrow website. By creating a My Redrow account they will also be able to make appointments with the sales team, see what’s included in the specification and make design choices to customise their property to their personal taste.

The new homes at The Fairways, off Thanet Way, are less than two miles from the promenade, where you’ll find arcades, shops, cafes and restaurants. The popular seaside resort offers two miles of Blue Flag sand and shale beach,

Herne Bay train station is within walking distance, offer journey times of around 90 minutes to London Cannon Street. The area also benefits from easy access to the A299 and M2.

The sales centre at The Fairways will be open from this Saturday (January 28).
