Redrow Brings Festive Fun To Hartford

Father Christmas, schoolchildren, a pop choir and a brass band have joined festive forces to entertain the Hartford community and raise money for charity.

All ages were catered for at Redrow’s Hartford Grange venture with mince pies aplenty and mulled wine for the adults, while children were able to have their faces painted as well as meet Santa and Redrow’s mascots Buster and Buddy. Local businesses, suppliers and tradesmen all generously donated prizes for the charity raffle in aid of Meningitis Now.

The festivities were complemented with a backdrop of traditional songs and carols, courtesy of the children from The Grange Junior School, Chester-based Deva Brass Band and The Northwich Pop Choir.

The ‘A Happy Hartford Christmas’ event was attended by the Town Mayor of Northwich Cllr Kevin Rimmer as well as local families who were able to sneak a peek at Redrow’s beautiful Heritage Collection homes at Hartford Grange and chat to existing residents.

Jason Newton, sales director for Redrow Homes (NW) said: “It was fantastic to be able to welcome Father Christmas and all of the wonderful entertainers to Hartford Grange. The three show homes were an incredible backdrop to the event and we hope everyone had a great time. For those thinking of buying here, or at our other Hartford developments, they would have perhaps been able to glimpse into their Christmas future.

“All of the proceeds from the event will go to Meningitis Now. This charity was chosen as one of our sales consultants has a son who had the condition when he was just a baby.”

Christine Hughes, community support officer for Meningitis Now, added: “It was amazing to see such a fantastic turnout at the event and we’re incredibly grateful that Redrow has supported us. Events like this are invaluable in helping to raise much-needed funds so we can carry on offering support to parents and making as many people as possible aware of this illness.”

For those wishing to carry on the Christmas magic after the event, Redrow has a range of three and four and five-bedroom homes on sale in the sought-after location.
