Noble Homes’ Scheme Can Fast-track Your Property Sale

Homebuyers could fast-track the sale of their current property with help from a new scheme which Noble Homes have introduced at selected developments.
Noble’s Assisted Sale scheme determines a recommended sale price based on valuations from two independent estate agents and aims to sell the property within six weeks. As part of a six-week marketing campaign the property is promoted online and via approved local estate agents. Once a buyer has been secured and any chain has been completed, the homeowners pay the £500 reservation fee on their new Noble home but are not required to pay any marketing or agents’ fees for the sale of their current property.

Noble Homes Sales & Marketing Manager, Janine Bellamy, said:

“Our Assisted Sale scheme is available on selected plots at Inspire in Earlsheaton and Limetrees in Pontefract. If you have a home to sell, you just need to choose an applicable plot to purchase and we assess the suitability of your current property for the scheme, based on reports from two independent estate agents. If we are able to set a sale price and everyone is happy to proceed, you just fill in a reservation form and leave the rest to us for the next six weeks. You get all the benefits of our marketing resources, including a For Sale board, as well as the expertise of local estate agents without paying the cost of their fees. In certain cases we may be able to offer a part exchange deal as an alternative option.”
Noble Homes are offering a variety of homes across their current developments, from three and four bedroom townhouses at Inspire to three and four bedroom semi-detached, detached and townhouses at the Chestnuts. All properties are available with an equity loan from the government-backed Help to Buy scheme.

Further details on all developments are available from Noble Homes’ head office (weekdays) on 01977 556 137. Full terms and conditions on the Assisted Sale scheme are available on request. Information on all current Noble developments is available at
