Local Area

From the M42 take J1 onto the A38 for Bromsgrove, follow the A38 and at the roundabout take the second exit to continue on the A38 then follow the AA signs for the development.
You can easily access Birmingham by car, bus or train to get to the well-known Bullring. Youâ??ll be spoilt for choice with a great range of shops alongside bars and restaurants. Alternatively, Merry Hill is a little closer to home in Brierley Hill with 200 shops under one roof.
Sanders Park covers 16 hectares with a play area, bowling green and Jubilee Bandstand as well as plenty of open space for picnics in the sun. The lovely Clent Hills can be found 7 miles away with beautiful views, nature trails and activities.
