Gandy Street and the cathedral green have plenty of little independent stores and designer boutiques , and Princesshay shopping centre is home to around 70 well known high street names from Hotel Chocolat to HMV. If you've exhausted yourself shopping, the newly refurbished Guildhall shopping centre is full of vibrant and exciting new restaurants including Turtle Bay, Gourmet Burger Kitchen and Absurd Bird.
Northbrook swimming pool has a 19m pool, offering a variety of classes and clubs to get involved in, including a canoe club and Aquafit class. For something a bit different, try Clip and Climb or go out paddle boarding down at the quayside.
Pinn Brook is well served by schools, with Pinhoe Primary School less than half a mile away and St Luke's Science and Sports College just less than a 15 minute walk from the development. Exeter also has plenty of independent schools including Exeter School in the city centre, offering education from ages 7-18.
Pinn Brook is less that 4 miles from Exeter and the town is served by plenty of bus routes which run directly into the City Centre. Junction 29 of the M5 is just 4 minutes away and Exeter Airport is just a 7 minute drive away. Exeter St. Davids train station provides direct travel to Bristol, Reading, Plymouth and straight into London Paddington in less than 2.5 hours.
