Local Area

From the centre of Northwich, head along Winnington Lane (A533) past Victoria Infirmary for just less than a mile. You'll reach a set of traffic lights on the corner of Winnington Avenue, turn left here. Travel down Winnington Avenue for half a mile and you will see Winnington Dale on your left hand side.
The towns bustling Artisan market, a firm favourite with the locals, is held on the 2nd Saturday of the month and offers a fabulous range of the finest food, drink and art & crafts along with music, entertainment and activities.
You can take advantage of peaceful walks along the River Weaver or stop off for some lunch at the beautiful Anderton Boat lift. With Northwich train station just 2.6 miles away you can travel direct to Manchester Piccadilly in 1 hour and the M6 and M56 are just a short drive away.
A number of primary schools surround the development all with good to outstanding 'Ofsted ratings' and is little over 1mile from Northwich town centre. Its home to beautiful parks with Vickers Way and Churchwalk Playground both within a couple of miles.
Northwich town centre is a short 15 minute stroll from Northwich Railway Station, which offers direct trains into Manchester Piccadilly within an hour or to Chester in just 30 minutes. Bus services run regularly, roughly every 20 minutes throughout the week, ideal for commuters.
