We established the first Barratt property development company in Newcastle upon Tyne and grew the business steadily, laying the foundation for the growth that followed. We were listed on the London Stock Exchange in 1968.

From London join the A3 and continue straight onto the Kingston By-Pass/A3. Then take the A272 exit towards Petersfield/Midhurst and continue on B2070. Drive to Willow Dr in Petersfield and Causeway Farm is signposted on your right.
Petersfield city centre is just a few miles away and offers a variety of larger retailers, a multi-channel retailer Marks & Spencer, and supermarkets like Tesco and Sainsbury’s, coffee shops by the plenty and a number of bars and restaurants all steeped in history.
Petersfield is a town full of diversity. Enjoy walking in the beautiful countryside or delightful parks that surround you or head to the town centre for some shopping and good food. For a more lively evening out, Chichester or Portsmouth are both nearby with an abundance of bars and restaurants to enjoy.
