Developer Information

We established the first Barratt property development company in Newcastle upon Tyne and grew the business steadily, laying the foundation for the growth that followed. We were listed on the London Stock Exchange in 1968.

From the M40 – At junction 10 exit the motorway and join the A43. At the roundabout with the B4100 turn left onto the B4100 signposted to Adderbury. Follow the B4100 until you reach Adderbury. Continue on the A260 (Banbury Road) just before you reach Deddington Village turn right onto The Leyes and you'll find Deddington Grange. From the M40 - At junction 11 exit the motorway and join the B4031 (3rd exit). Continue straight onto Earls Lane then turn right onto Banbury Road (A4260). Take the next right onto The Leyes where you'll find Deddington Grange.

Deddington has good commuter access located only a third of a mile on the A4260 - the Banbury to Oxford road, and approximately four miles from M40 J11. Banbury Railway Station provides direct access via Chiltern Railways to London Marylebone - only an hour's commute, and Birmingham Snowhill via Warwick Parkway (50 minutes).
