Developer Information

We established the first Barratt property development company in Newcastle upon Tyne and grew the business steadily, laying the foundation for the growth that followed. We were listed on the London Stock Exchange in 1968.

Local Area

Whilst on the M1, get off at junction 24 and head towards A453 to Nottingham, at Kegworth Interchange, take the exit onto A50, at Sudbury Roundabout, take the exit onto Doveridge Bypass/A50, then take the A515 exit towards Ashbourne/Cubley/H.M. Prison/Sudbury/Doveridge, then at the roundabout, take the exit onto Derby Rd and you shall arrive at Doveridge Park.
If retail therapy is more your thing then why not venture over to Derby city centre where Intu Shopping Centre which houses over 150 stores so youll never be short of places to shop no matter what the occasion.
