We established the first Barratt property development company in Newcastle upon Tyne and grew the business steadily, laying the foundation for the growth that followed. We were listed on the London Stock Exchange in 1968.

From Harrogate Town Centre head along the A59 towards Skipton. Proceed straight ahead at Travellers Rest roundabout. From Killinghall on the A61, take Otley Road on the B6161 and turn right into Hampsthwaite onto Hollins Lane.
