Developer Information

We established the first Barratt property development company in Newcastle upon Tyne and grew the business steadily, laying the foundation for the growth that followed. We were listed on the London Stock Exchange in 1968.

Local Area

Kingsley Manor is on Station Road in the small village of Langford. Station Road can be found by driving along the B659 road which runs through the middle of Langford and can be accessed via the A1 and A507.
Langford offers everything you would expect from a village with independent outlets, hairdressers, garden centre and butchers. If you fancy a day out shopping and socialising, the Mall Shopping Centre in Luton and the Grand Arcade Shopping Centre in Cambridge are both less than a 45 minute drive away.
