Developer Information

We established the first Barratt property development company in Newcastle upon Tyne and grew the business steadily, laying the foundation for the growth that followed. We were listed on the London Stock Exchange in 1968.

Newtons Place - NG31 8SR Travelling along the A1, heading south-east, take the A607 exit towards Grantham/Melton Mowbary. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Swingbridge Road, at the next roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Trent Road. Turn right onto Dysart Road, then take the next left onto Barrowby Gate. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Barrowby Road/A52. You will come across Newton's Place on your left.
