Developer Information

We established the first Barratt property development company in Newcastle upon Tyne and grew the business steadily, laying the foundation for the growth that followed. We were listed on the London Stock Exchange in 1968.

Gravel Hill can easily be accessed by the A32 from Droxford via Swanmore Road. From the M27 - Take Junction 8 and follow the A334 through Botley, Shedfield and Shirrell Heath, turn onto High Street, which becomes Gravel Hill.
