Developer Information

We established the first Barratt property development company in Newcastle upon Tyne and grew the business steadily, laying the foundation for the growth that followed. We were listed on the London Stock Exchange in 1968.

At junction 14, take the A452 exit to Leamington and continue onto Warwick By-Pass/A452. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Banbury Rd/A452. Continue to follow Banbury Rd. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Fosse Way/B4455 and continue to follow B4455 Leicester (Fosse Way). At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit and stay on B4455 Leicester (B4114) then turn right and continue onto Snowford Hill then Leamington Rd. Continue onto The Green and turn right onto Southam Rd/A423. Take a slight left towards Stockton Rd then left onto Stockton Road. Spinney Fields is on your left.
