Developer Information

We established the first Barratt property development company in Newcastle upon Tyne and grew the business steadily, laying the foundation for the growth that followed. We were listed on the London Stock Exchange in 1968.

Exit the M6 J14 and take the A34 signposted Stafford. At the roundabout continue on the A34. At the next roundabout take the second exit onto Beaconside/A513. Follow the A513 and at the next roundabout take the first exit onto Weston Road/H518. At the roundabout take the second exit onto Blackheath Lane. At the crossroads turn right onto Tixall Road. St Mary’s Gate is located after approximately 600 metres on the right.
