We established the first Barratt property development company in Newcastle upon Tyne and grew the business steadily, laying the foundation for the growth that followed. We were listed on the London Stock Exchange in 1968.

At junction 1, take the A5/B4109 exit to Tamworth/Nuneaton/Hinckley, at the roundabout, take the 4th exit onto Watling Street/A5. At the next three roundabouts, take the exits for Watling Street/A5. Turn left onto The Long Shoot/A47 where you will come across the development.
