Developer Information

We established the first Barratt property development company in Newcastle upon Tyne and grew the business steadily, laying the foundation for the growth that followed. We were listed on the London Stock Exchange in 1968.

From Hereford Take East St to St Owen's Street. After 0.3 miles take Ledbury Road/A438 to Bodenham Road. Continue on Bodenham Rd to Aylestone Hill/A465 for half a mile until you reach the A4103. After 3.7 miles, turn left and The Orchards is on your left.
Withington has a lovely range of local shops including a convenience store and a post office. Travel just five miles to Hereford where you'll come across Old Market with a great range of high street stores and local shops including Joules, Next, Fat Face, Debenhams and H&M.
