Developer Information

We established the first Barratt property development company in Newcastle upon Tyne and grew the business steadily, laying the foundation for the growth that followed. We were listed on the London Stock Exchange in 1968.

SAT NAV: LE10 2JH Head north-east on M69, at junction 1, take the A5/B4109 exit to Tamworth/Nuneaton/Hinckley. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Watling Street/A5, then turn right onto Wolvey Road and turn left onto Beechwood Avenue. Turn right onto Welbeck Avenue and you will come across The Spinney on your left hand side.
Burbage has a variety of shops, including a Post Office and plenty of places to eat. There's a nearby Lidl supermarket for your weekly shop and a larger Sainsburys supermarket nearby. Britannia Shopping Centre is just down the road with a host of high street retailers and eateries.
