We established the first Barratt property development company in Newcastle upon Tyne and grew the business steadily, laying the foundation for the growth that followed. We were listed on the London Stock Exchange in 1968.

From Glasgow Follow M8 West towards Glasgow Airport. After airport take Exit 28A to merge onto A737. Continue for 2.5 miles and then take exit B789 for Johnstone and turn right at the lights. Follow road through traffic system, once you reach the roundabout, the development is straight ahead.
