2016 Sees Huge Rise In Home Movers

According to Estate Agency Today, this year has seen a huge rise in home-movers despite the referendum jitters. In fact it's reported that no fewer than 174,000 people moved home in the first half of 2016; that's a 9% increase on the same period in 2015. 

These figures which come from the latest LLoyds Bank Home-owner Review suggest that more buyers took advantage of the pre-referendum uncertainty that previously anticipated and many prospective buyers cashed in on lower stamp duty fees too.
