Redrow Is On A Roll In Rowley Regis

Four sales in just seven days is an indicator of the high demand for new homes in Rowley Regis.

Launched off plan last spring, Redrow’s Rowley Grange development has fast become somewhere people really want to live.

To date more than 40 homes have been sold and over a dozen of them are now occupied.

The properties are so sought-after that they’re selling well ahead of build and almost all are snapped up as soon as they’re released for sale. With that in mind, potential purchasers are encouraged to register their interest via the award-winning homebuilder’s website, where they can also make appointments with the sales team.

Pauline Turnbull, sales director for Redrow Homes (Midlands), said: “The demand for new homes at Rowley Grange remains high and in our busiest period so far we sold four properties in just seven days. Quite simply we can’t build them quick enough.

“The vast majority of sales have been to those already living locally who’ve used Help to Buy equity loans to make owning a brand new home easier to afford. Because the homes are selling fast, we’re now taking early bird reservations so that people who want to purchase particular properties later on in the development can have first refusal when those homes are released for sale.”

Rowley Regis offers a choice of three and four-bedroom designs from the Heritage Collection. Inspired by the architecture of the Arts & Crafts era, they combine traditional exteriors with interiors designed to meet the demands of modern living.

Those who register their interest will be kept up to date about the release of properties on to the market.

Typically someone using Help to Buy to purchase one of the popular homes should only need a relatively small deposit of around 5%, plus a 75% mortgage from their chosen lender. The remaining 20% is covered by the equity loan. Crucially, the equity loan is interest free for five years.

The sales centre and show homes at Rowley Grange, on Throne Road, are open daily from 10am to 5.30pm. For more information or to make an appointment, call 0121 6797934 or visit the development page here.
