Rowley Regis Homes Selling Fast

Redrow homes are proving to be popular once again

Almost two-thirds of new Redrow homes in Rowley Regis have already been sold and other would-be homeowners should act now if they don’t want to be left out in the cold.

Less than 18 months after the show homes opened, Rowley Grange on Throne Road, has blossomed into a thriving new neighbourhood, where people really want to live.

Around 50 of the new homes are now occupied, with a further 20 customers who’ve reserved properties eagerly awaiting the date when they can move in.

Demand in the area remains high and the housebuilder is encouraging potential purchasers to create My Redrow accounts via the exclusive members’ only area of the Redrow website, where they will be able to find out more about the properties and make appointments with the sales team.

Pauline Turnbull, sales director for Redrow Homes (Midlands), said: “Rowley Grange is as popular now as it was when we launched. In fact as more people move in and the new neighbourhood takes shape, we’re receiving even more enquiries from potential purchasers.

“People are keen to buy here because they recognise Redrow as a quality housebuilder they know and trust. They love how the Heritage Collection combines traditional architecture with interiors designed to meet the demands of modern living, with energy efficient heating systems designed to save energy and money.”

Rowley Grange offers a choice of three and four-bedroom homes from the sought-after Heritage Collection. The properties are so popular that Redrow is already taking ‘Early Bird’ registrations for properties that aren’t yet officially for sale and won’t be ready to move into for several more months.

“While many people are yet to start their Christmas shopping, some people are already planning further ahead and looking forward to moving home in the early part of 2018,” Pauline added.

“We’d encourage anyone hoping to move to Rowley Grange to create a My Redrow account on our website so that they can explore the properties available and make an appointment with the sales team to discuss their housing needs.”

The new homes at Rowley Grange are being built on the former site of St Michael’s Business and Enterprise College, which has relocated. The new school is within easy reach of the development and the area is also well served by primary schools, making it an ideal choice for buyers with children.

The location benefits from strong road and rail links, with the M5 just a few minutes away and Birmingham less than a 20 minute journey from the local train station.

The sales centre and show homes at Rowley Grange are open daily from 10am to 5.30pm. For more information, including making an appointment with the sales team call 01216797934 or see www.redrow.co.uk/rowleygrange.
