New Homes In Cheshire

Cheshire, in North West England, is a county perhaps best known for it's rural market towns, black and white half timber buildings and if you're a One Direction fan, being the home town of Harry Styles.

For many new home buyers though, it is the largely unspoilt rural landscapes that are Cheshire's main attraction. While the city of Chester provides top class culture, shopping, entertainment and cuisine (so you're never far from all the amenities synonymous with modern living), Cheshire's Peak District on the other hand, offers almost 100 square miles of beautiful scenery including the Peak District National Park and the Gritstone Trail.

The overall average house price in Cheshire is around £220,000 making it a touch more expensive than neighbouring Merseyside and Greater Manchester, but with all that stunning countryside, it is easy to see why.
